App wont download from app store

Stack Exchange network consists of 178 Q&A communities including Stack Overflow, the largest, most trusted online community for developers to learn, share their knowledge, and build their careers. I'm having the same issue and I'm pretty sure it started with the last i OS update. Visit Stack Exchange For a couple days now, whenever I try to download an app from the App Store on my i Phone 5s with i OS 8.3, it brings up the 'use existing Apple ID' or 'create new one' window. However I turned off the automatic date/time/timezone feature to make the date and time zone setting be manual. One workaround I've found has been to purchase the app from i Tunes on my computer. I realized I have installed De Direct and the IAPFree standalone plugin in Cydia (there were updates of the latter in Cydia). When I select the existing one and fill in my account information it closes the pop up window and starts to download the app (indicated by the circle starting to turn) but after one second it goes right back to the 'get' button. Then, go to the Updates tab in the App Store on your phone and click on Purchased items at the top. The only issue I'm having, and cannot resolve, is that I cannot make any in-app purchases and that's not something that can be done on a computer. I removed De Direct first but didn't fix the issue. When I try to download it again it all goes to square one. After remiving the IAPFree stuff all went back to normal and App Store download worked again. To force the device to take a fresh start at doing the task, you should restart the device. Whenever there is strange behaviour that doesn't seem to resolve itself, this tends to indicate that the device is hung up with respect to the sequence of steps that it needs to complete. Have now reinstalled just the IAPFree standalone plugin and will wait for the next update to come through the Appstore. Tapping the "Get" button would only cause the button to disappear and reappear silently. As a general rule, always think of what has changed since last time it worked. After I signed out of the App Store and tried to sign back in, I would get an alert that simply said "Could Not Sign In". After a bit of troubleshooting, I realized that my home network was blocking access to Highly active question.
